BlackGem was born from a simple, unforgettable moment: a holiday in France, gathered around a plancha, where food, fire, families and friends came together in perfect harmony.
There was something magical about the way the flames danced, the flavours deepened, and time slowed down, a sense of effortless joy, laughter, and connection around the table.
That moment sparked an idea: to recreate that feeling, and to share it with others, with a plancha barbecue that captures the warmth of fire, the richness of taste, and the spirit of conviviality.
